Loaded dice with a uniform total

You may load two six-sided dice however you like: each die shows 1 through 6, with any probabilities, and the two dice may be loaded differently. Can you make the total uniformly distributed on $\{2, 3, \dots, 12\}$, so that each total has probability $\frac{1}{11}$?
